Condition:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Non-returnable Items:
Certain products are non-returnable, including used products.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds:
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

 

Eligibility:
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase for items of equal or lesser value.

Shipping Costs

 

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error.

Original Shipping Fees:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
